**Job Summary:**
As a Lobby Ambassador/Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests while ensuring safe and efficient transportation to and from the Airport and other designated areas. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and assist with various tasks to enhance their overall experience.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver preferred
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

**Responsibilities:**

Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from the airports and other nearby areas as designated by hotel leadership.

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles.

Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.

Load and unload guests’ luggage from the shuttle.

Greet guests warmly as they enter the lobby and provide assistance with luggage and other belongings.

Provide information about local attractions, hotel outlets, banquet events when applicable, and transportation options to guests as needed.

Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary and entering all guests' requests/issues in Nuvola (ticketing system).

Assist with check-in by offering to walk guests to the elevators and luggage assistance.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area, including organizing luggage carts and cleaning up spills or debris.

**Physical Requirements: **
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying luggage or other items as needed
- Good vision, hearing, and physical dexterity
