Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service during meal times by serving food and beverages to residents in a warm, respectful, and efficient manner. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team and making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure meals are served according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and service areas
• Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next meal
• Communicate resident feedback and concerns to kitchen or care staff as needed
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous food service experience preferred, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Respectful and compassionate toward senior residents
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time shifts available
• Must be available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
