As a member of the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud UX team, you will use your knowledge and expertise to drive usability improvements for the whole lifecycle of infrastructure assets. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, fellow UX Designers, subject matter experts, and of course, users to deliver highly impactful, integrated, yet modular cloud-based solutions that help millions of engineering roles and infrastructure owners/operators all over the world. In Your Role You Will Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment Contribute to and organize user research activities Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements Contribute to the existing design system, and ensure that designs are consistent with it Manage UX work on a product We Expect You To Have A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving Proficiency in general UX design competences and an eye for detail Hands-on experience with different user research methods Ability to communicate design rationale to the diverse audience of engineering and business stakeholders Skills for interpreting detailed software engineering concepts and being able to design within known limitations Great command of Figma Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping Fluency in both written and spoken English Additional Points For At least basic familiarity with infrastructure field, specifically design review and clash detection Experience in designing complex enterprise software products for different platforms Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field What We Offer A great Team and culture – please see our Recruitment Video.
