Senior IT Computer Network Support Specialist Join to apply for the Senior IT Computer Network Support Specialist role at Precise Systems, Inc. We are seeking a Senior IT Computer Network Support Specialist to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The incumbent will provide direct IT support to the PEO(T) Admiral and staff, process non-IT Special Projects, Tasks, and support PMA related requirements, including training new PEO(T) PMA NMCI IT POCs. They will act as the Senior IT Consultant for any issues faced by a PMA IT POC and support the Program Office and other PEO(T) PMAs as needed. Duties: Maintain the PEO(T) Secure conference room and SIPR café Manage NMCI asset inventory for all PEO(T) & Air 1.0 PMAs Support a two-star Admiral, SES Deputy, PEO(T) Staff, and 10 PEO(T) PMAs with NMCI IT/IM & other duties Perform liaison with PMA leadership, team members, and IT POCs Interface with the NMCI support vendor (HP) on IT issues to ensure timely resolution Assist PEO(T) NMCI POCs with IT documentation, troubleshooting, and support Manage PEO(T) COMSEC gear, SIPRNet, and Secure video teleconferences Act as secondary security officer for PEO(T) Staff Security Required Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, working independently on high-visibility or mission-critical tasks, possibly overseeing less senior staff Required Education: Master's Degree with allowable substitutions, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience Professional certifications (MCSE, A+, etc…) preferred Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship required due to the sensitive nature of the work. Salary range: $94,809.44 to $148,678.44 annually. Precise Systems values diversity and offers comprehensive benefits.
