\n The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for directing the daily human resources activities and human resources needs of the supported business unit(s) or facility(ies). The Senior HR Manager leads, mentors and develops human resources staff to achieve overall implementation of best practices to support achievement of corporate business objectives. This position will provide Human Resources services to employees and management to maintain and improve all aspects of the employee experience as well as build and maintain a positive working environment.
Additionally, this position will collaborate with management to develop and enforce company policies and procedures, resolve employee relations issues and problems and coordinate the performance management process. The Senior HR Manager oversee, analyze and audit the measurements to demonstrate continuous improvement in the value of the employees. The Senior HR Manager performs HR-related duties on a professional level in collaboration with senior management to support designated business unit(s) or facility(ies).
