What You'll Do Become a subject matter expert in our clients' healthcare data, enabling you to provide quick and reliable insights to stakeholders Build diverse patient cohorts and datasets to continuously enrich Latica's comprehensive data catalog Maintain robust data structures and documentation to ensure seamless access for internal data consumers and research teams Lead end-to-end medical research projects, from initial data exploration and protocol development through statistical analysis, dashboard creation, and publication‑ready deliverables (posters, abstracts) Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the healthcare industry (required) Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation Strong experience with Python and Pandas for data analysis and processing Deep familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and healthcare coding systems (CPT, ICD‑10, etc.) Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/GCP) - preferred Background in client‑facing roles and collaboration with pharmaceutical companies - preferred A collaborative team player who is self‑motivated, quick to learn, and possesses excellent analytical, research, and business acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr Latica
