City Wide is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Trainer to deliver dynamic, engaging, and results-driven training programs that empower our employees, franchisees, and support staff. You’ll facilitate onboarding, sales, operations, and professional development both in-person and virtually—using interactive techniques that inspire learning, boost performance, and support business goals.

What You’ll Achieve

• Lead instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training for diverse audiences across our network.
• Facilitate third-party academies in City Wide Foundations, Sales, and Operations.
• Deliver interactive sessions using AI role plays, case studies, and group activities.
• Onboard and mentor new franchisees and team members to ensure early success.
• Support the refinement of training content by piloting new material and sharing feedback.
• Facilitate convention workshops and special training events.
• Track attendance, completions, and learner feedback using our LMS.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
• 5–7+ years’ corporate training experience (multi-site or franchise strongly preferred).
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual training tools (Teams, Copilot).
• Experience applying adult learning principles and adapting delivery to different learning styles.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
