Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA 2021 (On-Prem Cloud)

Location: Marysville. OH

Duration: Long-term

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in S/4HANA 2021 On-Prem to support a global financial transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have professional-level experience in multi-currency environments, particularly with trading scenarios across different Countries, and strong exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and bankruptcy handling in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize SAP FICO modules in an S/4HANA 2021 On-Prem environment.
• Configure and support processes for multi-currency accounting, intercompany transactions, and global trading workflows.
• Experience to support mergers and acquisitions, including new vendor onboarding and partner transitions.
• Provide strategic insights on SAP PI module deprecation, helping plan for future integrations or module migrations.
• Manage financial processes related to bankruptcy, asset reallocation, and legal entity restructuring.
• Collaborate with global teams to align with Global Accounting Packages and ensure Playbook compliance.
• Conduct workshops, document playbooks, and ensure financial operations align with global business requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Experience in full-cycle implementations or upgrades in S/4HANA (2020 or 2021 On-Prem).
• Proficient in multi-currency handling which are from different Countries.
• Experience in trading industry with knowledge of financial treatment.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, including financial due diligence, vendor/customer integration, and compliance.
• Proven experience managing bankruptcy handling scenarios and legal transitions in SAP.
• Awareness of SAP PI (Process Integration) module lifecycle and migration strategy.
• Knowledge of Global Accounting Packages and enterprise financial Playbooks.
