Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Developer based in Pennsylvania, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Salesforce Developer will work on the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce applications. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and maintaining Visualforce pages, building Lightning Web Components, administering Salesforce.com features, and troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce solutions to ensure smooth functionality and operational efficiency.

It is not a fully remote position, at least one day on-site

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including the design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions
• Experience working with Visualforce Pages and developing Lightning Web Components
• Strong skills in Salesforce.com Administration, including managing user roles, security settings, and data integrity
• Knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and its features, with the ability to implement best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Advanced Developer are a plus
• Experience with other CRM systems, integration tools, or cloud technologies is beneficial
