We’re a leading provider of non-emergency medical transportation, and we’re on a mission to make a difference! As we grow across Oklahoma, Florida, Texas and enter new expansion states. We need a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams as we continue to expand at an increasing rate.

About the Role

This is a critical support role that sits at the intersection of our sales and operations teams, playing a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As the Sales Operations Coordinator, your work directly contributes to our ability to convert leads, retain clients, and deliver a high-quality experience to our partners. From managing CRM data to assisting with outreach and reporting, your efforts will enable our teams to operate with greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

What We Offer

  • Schedule: 10-15 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Start times between 7am-10am (we’ll finalize with you).
  • Remote-Friendly: Primarily remote with in-office responsibilities one day per week. 
  • Hourly Pay : $14-15 per hour

What you will do

  • Assist sales & account teams with CRM management, outreach, and engagement
  • Enroll leads in HubSpot sequences, monitor engagement, and manage responses
  • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns and engage with prospects
  • Support client communication and follow-ups as needed
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Research leads and new business opportunities
  • Handle light administrative tasks and contribute to team operations

  • Technical Proficiency : Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including sequencing and lead management tools.
  • Remote Work Discipline : Maintains productivity and focus in a remote environment. Demonstrates the ability to self-manage, solve problems independently, and communicate proactively when support or clarification is needed.
  • Digital Networking & Sales Tools : Understands how to leverage LinkedIn and HubSpot for business development, networking, and targeted sales outreach.
  • Communication : Communicates clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels. Tailors messaging appropriately for diverse audiences.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail : Manages multiple responsibilities with accuracy. Keeps systems updated, tracks tasks, and ensures follow-through.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking : Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Balances multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work and responsiveness.
