We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a  driven, relationship-focused sales professional who can own a territory, prospect actively, and help contractors scale their businesses with our supplementing service.

• Base salary $75,000–$80,000 + uncapped commissions (OTE $115K–$125K)
• Clear, performance-based commission structure: earn per new client + recurring milestone bonuses
• Access to warm inbound leads from digital marketing and referral partners
• Freedom (and expectation) to self-prospect and build your own book of business
• Established success stories, repeat clients, and strong case studies
• Hybrid flexibility — work-from-home with field meetings as needed
  

• Convert qualified inbound leads into active contractor accounts
• Prospect through cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and referrals to generate new opportunities
• Present our value proposition clearly and confidently (we integrate directly into JobNimbus, AccuLynx, and CompanyCam)
• Manage your pipeline and sales activity in Zoho CRM
• Hit and exceed weekly activity KPIs (20 cold touches/day, 2+ new accounts/week)
• Support a smooth onboarding handoff to our estimating and operations teams
  

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, roofing, restoration, SaaS, or similar preferred)
• Proven hunter mentality — consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing discipline
• Excellent communication, persistence, and professionalism
• Comfortable selling to small business owners and contractor leadership
• Organized and data-driven; able to manage CRM activity accurately
• Understanding of roofing insurance or restoration work is a plus
  

• Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000
• Commission:
• $100–$200 per new client conversion
• $400–$800 milestone bonus when clients reach volume thresholds
• OTE: $115,000–$125,000 with clear potential to exceed
