Confidential Engineering Company looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager/Director to lead the company’s sales and marketing initiatives to support the company’s continued growth. The Sales & Marketing Manager/Director will establish the strategic direction of the department and work with key stakeholders across all business lines. This role is crucial for driving company growth through the development and implementation of sales and marketing business plans, strategies, campaigns, and goals. The ideal candidate will bring experience in professional services industries with experience leading a remote team. Candidate must also have a strong executive presence and ability to distill complex technical details for consumption by audiences of varying technical background. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES Establish the strategic direction of sales and marketing initiatives Provide strategic oversight for lead generation and sales process optimization Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI Develop creative content and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets Collaborate with technical staff across multiple business lines/markets to conceptualize, write, and edit internal and external technical communications and literature Work closely with technical and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives Ensure proper and consistent representation and management of the company brand and subsidiaries Use data analytics to analyze and assess the performance of marketing programs, make course corrections where needed, and report to senior management Oversee the maintenance and updating of content on company website Manage all aspects of newsletter production to include writing, editing, soliciting articles and artwork, coordinating design and layout, distribution, and mailings Assess current department applications and operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities Oversee a remote team of administrative and professional marketing staff Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
