TEKsystems is currently interviewing candidates who possess extensive enterprise banking Agile/Scrum Master tenure for a hybrid role here in Charlotte. This role is a W2-only; we are unable to consider any C2C or sub vendor candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for someone mid-career to gain experience within a growing team that boasts a nextgen technology footprint. Top Skills + 4+ years of Agile team leadership within a large, highly-complex enterprise + Financial Services/Banking sector tenure - Commercial Banking, Lending, Wholesale, Mobile/Digital, etc. + SAFe and CSM certifications at a minimum - any exposure to coaching and RTE is a plus, but not required + Ability to engage and drive multiple scrum teams concurrently + Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills - this role will be working with executives and business stakeholders + Any experience with AI, ML, Deep Learning, etc. is a plus, but not required + Some experience with waterfall, PMP, PMO-org experience ideal Customer requires a unique blend of diplomacy, presentation skills, ability to drive and gently push-back on stakeholders when needed, etc.. There is a potential for perm conversion eventually with excellent performance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
