They are responsible for designing intuitive and quality products through collaboration with end users and modern software development teams. Their insights inform product hypotheses, recommendations, and user stories in the backlog. The role involves 60% execution and 40% communication with key user and operational groups to understand business needs. Skills and Requirements 1-3 years of relevant experience translating user needs into visual assets. Experience with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Visio, Adobe CC, UXPin, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Proficiency in using style guides, iconography, and typography. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional software design and development teams that balance multiple stakeholder needs.
