Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven growth and brand engagement. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, analytics tools, and social media platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
