What you’d be doing as a Recruiter for JARBO :
- Creating and posting job advertisements for open job orders.
- Sourcing candidates for open job orders through proactive means.
- Cold calling candidates to advertise career opportunities.
- Interviewing candidates in vetting out how good of a match they’d be for open job orders.
- Making candidate recommendations for open job orders.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Negotiating employment offers.
- Developing and maintaining a network of candidates.
Qualifications We Are Seeking in a Recruiter :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field of study (business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, etc.)
- Strong computer literacy and experience utilizing common computer software programs.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intuition skills
- Leverageable connections
