Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
