Job Title: Project Manager - Membrane Filtration

Report to: Project Manager Lead

Job Summary:

A Project Manager (PM) oversees and supports project operations. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that shops, supervisors, and crews have the necessary materials, equipment, and information to complete the job while adhering to the project schedule. The PM is responsible for understanding and achieving the customer's goals while representing the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit the site to understand the site conditions and scope of work.
• Contract, estimate, and proposal review.
• Examine specifications and scope of work.
• Organize and distribute submittals.
• Ensures project team communication to avoid missing details.
• Oversee project-specific procurement of materials and equipment, including sourcing, maintaining relationships with vendors, ordering, and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare a cost sheet for each project within the ERP system to manage purchasing control.
• Address challenges and opportunities proactively.
• Assist the fabrication shop and installation in expediting schedules and completing paperwork.
• Assist in the preparation and thoroughly review all fabrication drawings.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Develop project-specific safety programs in coordination with the Safety Manager.
• Review and assist with preparing control functional descriptions.
• Prepare and submit change orders to the customer.
• Lead project meetings with the customer project team.
• Attend and organize punch list walk-throughs as required; compile the punch list and submit it to the Supervisor.
• Oversees system commissioning and ensures resources are available.
• Give the client necessary closure details at project completion.
• Ensure the project is fully closed out with Accounting.
• Remain consistently vigilant for upcoming opportunities with the Client.
