Job Title: Project Coordinator – HR Team

Type: 6-Month Contract | $30/hr

About the Role: We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6-month+ contract with a client of SkillUp . This is a critical opportunity to work in a high-impact environment, ensuring seamless coordination, organization, and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for team members
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items
• Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Act as a coordination point between cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking
• Provide proactive support to enable smooth HR project operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Administrative, or Team Coordinator role
• Strong skills with productivity tools (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while engaging with multiple stakeholders
