Project CFO Location Franklin, TN : Serves as interim CFO for any one of the hospitals in a select region in the event the hospital is without a CFO or requires additional assistance on specific projects. Responsible for all accounting, budgetary, audits, tax and financial planning activities within the hospital organization. Participates in the financial and functional decision-making process necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare financial matters that could have an impact on the financial success of the hospital. Oversee multiple departments within the hospital typically including but not limited to, business office, case management, materials management and accounting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Master's degree preferred Minimum 5 years financial/accounting and progressive managerial experience in acute-care environment; for-profit experience preferred - Recent CFO experience highly preferred Certifications: CPA preferred
