Description SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI. Job Duties: * The individual will be required to perform various financial management functions as it relates to both Programmatic execution as well as Department level execution. * The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Programmatic financial management including, but not limited to: funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning and ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements utilizing various computer systems. * The individual may attend meetings, track action items and interface with Government customers on a regular basis. * The individual will require a government clearance and strong computer skills. * Other duties may include developing miscellaneous reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required. Qualifications Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience. * MS Office proficiency with strong MS Excel knowledge. * Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects. * Must already hold SECRET clearance. * Quick learner and proactive.
