• Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN
• Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annually

What you will do as the Procurement Manager:

• Responsible for managing and executing all procurement activities from vendor identification to quote evaluation to PO issuance and ultimately timely order delivery
• Maintain real-time communication with stakeholders on order status
• Monitor and report on inventory levels
• Identify cost savings and process improvements that strengthen EBI’s supply chain resilience
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, including performance reviews and site visits
• Keep procurement aligned with ISO 9001 quality standards and company policies

What you will bring to the Procurement Manager role:

• 5–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience (industrial, construction, or energy sectors preferred)
• 2–3 years of vendor sourcing and contract management experience
• Previous buying experience in construction, industrial electrical or similar
• Ability to understand variable units of measure
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience implementing inventory systems
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experienced with shipping/customs/material transport logistics
• Expedient with ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and procurement-related software
