You will serve your community by enabling all people to enhance their lives. The role involves leading a team positively, motivating, training, and developing staff while maintaining club profitability. Collaborate with the Area Director to meet revenue goals and manage expenses Increase Black Card Memberships Achieve NFP standards for Club Stats such as closing %, BC%, secondary billing, PE@PF utilization Maintain a Club BER inspection rate of 85% or higher monthly Reduce turnover by hiring, motivating, and developing competent staff focused on creating Raving Fans Optimize staffing schedules within budget Hold staff accountable, provide timely counseling, and ensure accurate time tracking Conduct regular One-on-Ones with staff for development Model Servant Leadership daily Support club activities, including member tours, using DataTrak, and maintaining cleanliness Enforce club policies and promptly handle member issues Promote a safe, healthy environment Manage marketing efforts and report member accidents Provide backup support as needed Additional Information Our culture is unique!
