The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospitalist opportunity.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Practice

Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District – Tehachapi, California

• 25-bed facility with 4 ICU beds.
• Open ICU bed with tele-critical care.
• Stroke care with TKA capabilities.
• Annual volume of 45,000.
• 14-18 encounters per day per hospitalist; remote night hospitalist.
