About the Role

One of Texas’s premier independent insurance agencies seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their Dallas team. Your accounts will mostly be considered Private Client Group or High Net Worth but include middle market homeowners and auto policies too.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Keys to your success include:

 

• Ability to quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals
• Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
• Assist with account rounding and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients

 

Skills & Experience

• At least three (3) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) policies
• Experience working with high net worth personal lines policies and applicable carriers is required
• Agency experience is required as you must have familiarity working with an agency management system
• Active state insurance license is required

 

Job Specs

Location: Dallas, TX. The agency offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week work-from-home.
