Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant / House Manager

Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)

Compensation: Based on Experience

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and resourceful Personal Assistant/House Manager to support a busy household and a business professional. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where personal and professional responsibilities often overlap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily household operations
  • Organize and maintain a dynamic calendar (personal + professional)
  • Take detailed meeting notes and provide timely follow-ups
  • Travel with the principal as needed to support business needs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Errands, shopping & returns
  • Inventory management (groceries, supplies, household items)
  • Administrative tasks: filing, correspondence, reminders
  • Ensure home is always guest-ready and running smoothly
  • Support with occasional supervision of children or guests as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a similar role (private home, estate, or high-level assistant)
  • Comfortable traveling with a business executive and supporting on-the-go
  • Strong note-taking and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, calendar tools, task apps)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
