Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA)

Salary and Benefits - Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000 (dependent on experience)
- Sign-on bonus: Paid 50% upfront, 50% after one year
- Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
- 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday)
- CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
- 10–11 paid holidays annually
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
- 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
- DEA and license reimbursement
- NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
- Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
- Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen
Responsibilities - 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week
- 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care including well-child exams, immunizations, and acute and chronic care management
- Provide care to newborns, children, and adolescents in a community-based setting
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, growth, and development
- Participate in a team-oriented environment and help support newer providers
Requirements - Clear and active Physician Assistant license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- National certification as a Physician Assistant
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
