Midland Care’s* **_Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) _*is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
*Employment Type: *Full Time | M-F 8am-5pm
*Pay Rate:* $23.50+/hour (pay is based on qualifications and experience)
*Location: *Topeka, KS
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide therapeutic interventions that help our participants achieve functional goals in community and home settings.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
* Document progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
* Educate participants and caregivers on adaptive equipment use and home safety.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.

*Required: *Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant. One year experience working with frail and elderly. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy, if driving is required. Availability of reliable transportation may be required for this position.
