About This Role: Ensures optimal network performance through monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning; escalates issues as needed to maintain uptime and efficiency. Secures and maintains network infrastructure by managing access, firewalls, disaster recovery plans, and documentation; ensures compliance with confidentiality policies. Supports ongoing improvements by evaluating, testing, and implementing network upgrades and emerging technologies in collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Provides user support via Help Desk channels, maintains on-site/cloud servers, and actively participates in professional development and cross-functional projects.
