Job Description

We are looking for our next team member, and this is a big one. You'll be our point person in Nashville, basically the head cheerleader, the strategist, and the community builder all rolled into one. Your job is to make sure BrainTrust is the place to be for women entrepreneurs in the area. We need you to bring the energy, grow our membership, and make sure we’re making an impact. Think of it as making sure our members are winning—because when they win, we ALL win.

Responsibilities

• Making Nashville Go Boom: We need you to figure out how to get more amazing women to join BrainTrust. You’ll come up with a plan, put it into action, and make sure we’re hitting our goals for new members, keeping our members happy, and bringing in the money to make it all happen. You’ll also be in charge of the local budget – think of it like managing your own mini-business.

• Getting the Word Out: You’ll work with our team to create cool marketing campaigns, build relationships with everyone who’s anyone in the local entrepreneur scene, and put on some seriously fun events. Basically, you’ll be our local celebrity! Representing BrainTrust at events, chatting with folks, and making sure everyone knows who we are and what we’re about.

• Keeping the Magic Alive: You’ll be like the ultimate host, making sure our members feel welcomed, supported, and like they’re getting tons of value. This means making sure new members get settled in, keeping everyone engaged, and working with our team to create programs that fit what Nashville women entrepreneurs really need.

Qualifications

• Talk the Talk (and Walk the Walk): You need to be able to talk to anyone, write clearly, and build relationships like a champ. Being a people person is a must!
• Community Guru: You love bringing people together, and you know how to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.
• Party Planner Extraordinaire: You can throw a great event! From the big ideas to the little details, you’ve got it covered.
• Numbers Ninja: You understand budgets and can keep track of the money stuff without breaking a sweat.
• Go-Getter: You’re adaptable, proactive, and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• Passion Power: You’re genuinely passionate about serving and accelerating the success of women entrepreneurs.
