Marketing Manager – Visuals & Campaigns Location: Hybrid (Florida/Georgia offices + remote flexibility) Reports To: Owner Position Overview Gailey Enterprises Real Estate is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with strong technical skills to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms, print campaigns, and video channels. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting our multi-state award winning real estate firm and our nationally televised brand, Selling with The Gaileys. The ideal candidate is a Canva wizard, campaign builder, and tech-savvy marketer who thrives on bringing big ideas to life while managing the details that make campaigns successful. Real estate marketing experience and MLS familiarity is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Visual Content Creation • Design professional marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and listing presentations using Canva. • Assist in creating branded content for Gailey Enterprises and Selling with The Gaileys TV show promotions. • Digital Campaigns & Newsletters • Build and manage Mailchimp (or similar platform) newsletters and automated drip campaigns. • Write, edit, and format engaging content tailored for buyers, sellers, and agents. • Website & Online Presence • Update and maintain content on Squarespace and ensure consistency with brand standards. • Support SEO and blog content publishing. • CRM & Marketing Automation • Manage and execute campaigns within Follow Up Boss and Lofty, including lead nurture sequences, property alerts, and client touchpoints. • Video Production & Editing • Edit property tours, lifestyle videos, and short-form social content using CapCut, YouTube Studio, and other editing tools. • Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. • Project Coordination • Collaborate with agents, brokers, and media partners to execute marketing campaigns on time. • Track campaign results and provide reporting on performance. • Bonus: Real Estate Marketing Expertise Qualifications: • 2+ years of marketing experience (real estate marketing preferred). • Expert proficiency in Canva with a strong design portfolio. • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or comparable newsletter software. • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides for collaboration. • Comfortable editing and updating websites in Squarespace. • Familiarity with CRMs (Follow Up Boss, Lofty, or similar). • Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, YouTube tools, or comparable). • Excellent copywriting and editing skills. • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Skills • Prior experience in real estate marketing or MLS systems. • Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital ad campaigns. • Experience coordinating with photographers, videographers, and creative teams.
