Maintenance Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee building, equipment, and machinery operations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, scheduling repairs, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop maintenance staff on all shifts
• Plan, assign, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; ensure safe work practices (LOTO, PPE, etc.)
• Inspect completed work and maintain detailed maintenance records
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts
• Support team training, development, and performance improvement

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and preventive maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance software
