We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-paced team. This role will focus on building and optimizing data pipelines, managing ETL processes, and supporting the implementation of predictive models. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to enhance our AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, deploy, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, PySpark, AWS Glue, and other AWS services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models using DataRobot or SageMaker.
• Create insightful and actionable visualizations using QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable code through rigorous testing and documentation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improved efficiency and performance within our data infrastructure.
• Work proactively within an agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and reviews.
Required Key Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and AWS Glue.
• Experience with machine learning platforms such as DataRobot or AWS SageMaker.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Competency in visualization tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of ETL/data pipeline processes.
• Familiarity with code testing and version control practices (preferred).
• Basic understanding of machine learning modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in nonprofit or fundraising environments.
• Exposure to agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for continuous improvement.

This remote, full-time position offers a annual salary based on experience with an additional performance bonus.
