Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced   LPN/LVN that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining LPN/LVN licensure in the state of MA to work in the specialty area of Schools.

• This is a contract, School position.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
• 30min Unpaid Lunch

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) LPN/LVN specializing in School.
• Current LPN/LVN license within the state of practice.
• PED Experience is required / School experience is preferred

This is a 5 week contract that can turn into a Full Time position starting on 08/25! 1:1 care for one of 2 students. One student is 12. The other is 10. Both students have g tubes, non-vocal, low functioning, assistance with changing, monitoring for seizure activity and giving seizure care.
