This position may be performed remotely, in the United States. Candidates must live in a state where Scooter’s Coffee operates coffee shop locations. Scooter’s Coffee is headquartered in Omaha, NE. Regular travel to Omaha will be expected for candidates that do not reside in Omaha, NE.

Scooter’s Coffee is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager who is eager to immerse themselves in the technology, master the tools, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in CRM and loyalty marketing. This role is deeply hands-on, leveraging a best-in-class marketing technology ecosystem to deliver high-impact CRM and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional who thrives in execution, is driven by curiosity, and is excited to dig into the details - learning, experimenting, and continuously optimizing to create seamless customer experiences through data-driven marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM and loyalty marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Leverage segmentation, behavioral triggers, and Liquid scripting to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Manage data flows and integrations within Braze, ensuring accurate targeting and seamless execution.
  • Optimize real-time audience segmentation by leveraging behavioral data, automation rules, and third-party predictive modeling and AI functionality to enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to campaign execution, data discrepancies, and automation.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to implement promo codes, offers, and rewards within our offer management platform, driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Partner with the integrated marketing team to strategize user journeys and design loyalty campaigns that maximize customer participation and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and other digital marketing regulations.
  • Stay up to date on CRM and loyalty best practices, emerging technology, and industry trends to continuously refine and improve customer engagement.
  • Establish testing roadmaps for lifecycle and loyalty campaigns to ensure continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Advocate for customer-first thinking across the organization, championing insights derived from CRM performance and loyalty engagement metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support CRM, loyalty, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty marketing.
  • Deep experience in API-based software such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Talon.One, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral marketing automation, segmentation, and event-based triggers.
  • Proficiency in HTML, Liquid scripting, and dynamic personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience managing data integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate strategic insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
