We're looking for a Lead React Native Engineer  to join our growing team. Our execution success is rooted in our unique model that is supported by our industry partners and specialists. This is a hybrid position (Atlanta-based) , no additional travel required, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Design and implement front-end features in React with performance and maintainability as strong considerations 
• Assist in the conception and maintenance of a unified UI layer across multiple applications 
• Participate in the definition of development processes, including agile project management, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), release process. 
• Work in an agile environment where we ship features frequently 
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use. 
• Foster quality while building solutions, through extensive testing of your code 
• Support tracking projects to schedule, budget, and scope, reporting status, issues, and risks to project leadership team 
• Assist in resolution of complex and escalated production issues. 
• Enjoy building user-friendly applications. 
• Care deeply about performance. 
• Good people skills, care about mentoring others. 

Technical Skills 

• 7+ years of experience in software development 
• Extensive experience in the implementation of new features using React Native
• Strong experience working with state management libraries. 
• Experience developing and creating applications using NextJs. 
• Experience with unit testing using Jest.
• Familiarity with consuming REST. 
• Proficiency with development tools such as Jira, Git, Bash, Docker. 
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Github Actions. 

Strategic Skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Team player. 
• Experience working within agile environments.
