Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 DOE +(Commission)
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you will go directly to residential or commercial areas to promote and sell our products/services. This is a great opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy working independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned neighborhoods or territories and engage with potential customers in person.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong knowledge and persuasive communication.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
Keep records of leads, contacts, and customer feedback.
Follow up with prospects and close sales.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
