Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem. Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and manage the office of the Managing Partner, which includes five other staff members. This full-time role can be based in our New York, San Juan, or San Francisco offices. The role requires presence in the office at least four days per week and every day that the Managing Partner is in the office.

Travel and Location

The Managing Partner's time is split approximately as follows:

  • San Juan: 60%
  • New York City: 20%
  • San Francisco: 10%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience supporting C-level executives (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional maturity
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple hardware
  • Professional, confident, and gracious demeanor
  • Work hours are typically 9-5; does not require 24x7 availability

Responsibilities

  • Managing five other Executive and Personal Assistants and Investor Relations staff supporting the Managing Partner
  • Managing the overall calendar
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to prioritize the Managing Partner's time
  • Preparing for Executive and Investment Committee meetings
  • Coordinating and building agendas for meetings with reports
  • Managing Microsoft Outlook Tasks, Support, Contacts, and lists
  • Booking professional travel for junior EAs (personal travel handled separately)
  • Organizing physical and electronic files
  • Supporting logistics for conferences and TV interviews for Investor Relations
  • Collaborating with the administrative team
  • Managing technology needs for the Managing Partner's homes and offices

Compensation

Extremely competitive, based on experience: $200,000 - $400,000
