Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive the development and implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions to address complex healthcare challenges. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in building end-to-end clinical and enterprise applications, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define requirements, align goals, and evaluate impact. + Serve as a technical consultant to project and product managers across multiple functions and departments. + Lead the design and implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI applications, including content search, chat, and traditional data science modeling. + Query, analyze, transform, and present data using SQL, Python, and Looker within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). + Proficiency with Generative AI topics such as multi-agent workflows, language embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM task evaluation, and synthetic data creation. + Expertise in A/B testing, clustering, ensemble modeling, dimensionality reduction, normal behavior modeling, unstructured data. + Familiarity with containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines within Kubernetes environments. + Monitor deployed models for performance, feature drift, and other observability metrics. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. **Additional Preferences** \#internalops #ADSI #LI-remote **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
