VRSI is in partnership with Quality Staff, LLC, and is looking for all levels of tree work—from grounds laborers to experienced climbers and crew leaders . You'll be part of a reliable and skilled team, handling residential and commercial tree trimming, removal, and debris cleanup.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe removal, trimming, and pruning of trees on residential and commercial properties
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, and aerial lifts
• Support climbers with rigging, lowering limbs, and ground operations
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and debris-free
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Conduct site inspections, communicate with clients, and oversee job progress (for leadership roles)
• Train and mentor new crew members, ensuring adherence to company standards (for leadership roles)

Qualifications:

• Previous tree work experience or certification with equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in Florida weather
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented
• Supervisors must have leadership experience in landscaping/ tree removal or similar trades
