PARTY CHIEF OR SURVEY TECHNICIAN

We are actively interviewing for an enthusiastic and energetic Land Survey Party Chief or Survey Technician that will support the Land Survey Department at Greenwood & Moore (G&M). Are you working towards your PLS? G&M will support you! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 – 5+ years’ experience in field work, operating survey instruments, and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. This candidate will play a crucial role in completing complex topographic surveys, and performing field work for Records of Survey, Corner Records, Boundary Adjustments, and Calculations for Construction staking as well as responsible for QA/QC for all projects.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Party Chief

• LSIT Certificate, desired but not required
• 5+ years survey experience in field
• 3+ years in the field operating survey instruments
• 3+ years’ experience in Civil CAD 3D v21 drafting
• 3+ years’ experience in the preparation of topographic and survey maps
• 3+ years’ experience in managing, scheduling, and overseeing a field crew
• Be able to process survey data
• California Driver’s License

Survey Technician

• 3+ years survey experience in field
• 1+ year in field operating survey instruments
• 1+ year AutoCAD drafting
• Process Survey Data
• CAD Certificate desired, but not required
• California Driver’s License
