Shift: Weekend Nights, Thursday-Sunday 8:00pm-6:30am (4/10 hr shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.

• Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.

• Records test results on batch tickets and in company's computer operating system.

• Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests

• Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments

• Maintain housekeeping of the working place

• Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy

• Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.

• Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.

• Support all Quality Control related initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences)

• 3+ years related experience

• 2 years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
