Tank Payments is a venture-backed technology business creating an all-in-one freight finance center. They are seeking a Product Manager to own customer success, drive product engagement, and work closely with financial institutions to enhance product offerings. Responsibilities:

• Interface with financial institution customers, driving product engagement and monetization
• Own end-to-end implementation & success, picking up customer relationships mid sales funnel and seeing them through full implementation
• Monitor and improve core engagement metrics – turn users into multi-product, power users
• Deliver educational content and self-serve materials to customers and prospects
• Define and scope software and financial engineering solutions to meet customer needs
• Act as the voice of the customer to engineering, helping prioritize the roadmap and refine UX
• Launch fast, iterative experiments—including prototypes using AI and third-party integrations

Qualifications: Required:

• 2-4 years in a product or solutions role, ideally at a fintech or B2B SaaS startup
• Strong command of product engagement, monetization strategy, and customer success best practices
• Comfortable with a variety of data-querying methods, and interpreting transactional or behavioral datasets
• Confident working with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, sales)
• Strong visual communicator: able to craft quick, clear mockups and product proposals
• Startup DNA: bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes; you may be a former or future company founder

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, proficient with financial concepts
• Technical background (CS degree or relevant experience)
