Robert Half is partnering with a leading organization to find an experienced Banking & Finance Attorney for a remote project engagement. If you have 3–5 years of specialized experience in banking and finance law and are looking for a flexible schedule, this could be an excellent fit.

Project Details:

• Start Date: November 2025
• Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
• Pay Rate: $40/hour
• Location: Remote
• Hours: 15–20 hours per week (flexible; evenings and weekends approved)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review practical guidance materials, legal and market trend analyses, and conduct research across case law, treatises, and other resources on banking and finance topics.
• Provide substantive expertise in representing agent banks, arrangers, non-bank lenders, financial institutions, sponsors, and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation.
• Work on agreements related to structured finance, securitizations, and financial derivatives.
• Handle transactions involving acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, private credit lending, asset finance, project finance, restructurings, securitizations, swaps, and other derivatives.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
• 3–5 years of experience (preferably with an AmLaw 100/200 firm) as a banking and finance attorney.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex financing agreements and related documentation.
• Expertise in securitizations and financial derivative transactions.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines independently and follow editorial guidelines accurately.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to write concisely and effectively.
