Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Analyst to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of anaylzing invoices, a strong understanding of purchase orders (POs) and invoices, and be proficient in Excel and other invoicing software tools. This role will require an analytical mindset, a keen eye for identifying discrepancies, and the ability to manage large volumes of data to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Skills and Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role - Understanding of construction terminology, specifically as it relates to items on invoices versus POs. - Strong proficiency in Excel, including data import, manipulation, and analysis. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies in large sets of data. - Ability to assess and resolve discrepancies between invoiced amounts and committed costs or POs. - Experience working with JD Edwards, Medius, or similar ERP/invoicing systems is highly preferred. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
