Program Description IDEAS Summer School is an English immersion program that offers a unique blend of academics, creativity, and fun. Our program integrates STEAM, diverse clubs, and classic camp activities to provide campers with a well-rounded and enriching experience. At the heart of our program is Project-Based Learning (PBL), which helps students develop essential academic and social skills. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to make a positive impact on young learners. You Should Have:

• Passion for working with children (ages 8-12) and creating a dynamic, inclusive learning environment
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with PBL (Project-Based Learning) and hands-on, play-based teaching methods

Core Responsibilities (All Positions)

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with PBL (Project-Based Learning) standards
• Facilitate hands-on, interactive classes that encourage creativity, collaboration, and curiosity (max 4 teaching blocks per day).
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom where students feel motivated to participate and take ownership of their learning
• Provide written feedback on each student’s progress at the end of the session

Location UWC, Changshu, Jiangsu, China Time There are three summer school sessions: 6.27- 7.03 | 7.06 - 7.19 | 7.22 - 8.04 Compensation & Benefits
