\n The HVAC Technician I performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.\n

Pay: 25.00 - 30.00 \n

\n \n\n Basic Qualifications:
\n
\n • Must be 18 years of age or older\n
\n\n • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required\n
\n\n • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
\n
\n Preferred Qualifications:
\n
\n • Three (3) years of HVAC experience is preferred\n
\n\n • Possession of refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification is preferred
\n
\n Responsibilities:
\n
\n • Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems\n
\n\n • Use common tools of the HVAC trade in daily work (e.g multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.)\n
\n\n • Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment \n
\n\n • Identify maintenance risks on equipment \n
\n\n • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems \n
\n\n • Clean, adjust and repair systems, and performs warranty services \n
\n\n • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently \n
\n\n • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training\n
\n\n • Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions \n
\n\n • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act \n
\n\n • Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements \n
\n\n • Assist with customer queries inquiries\n
\n\n • Complete other duties as assigned \n
