Position Overview
The HVAC Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct project meetings to communicate project status, address issues, and foster collaboration among team members.
• Prepare and review project estimates and budgets, tracking expenses to ensure financial accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project estimating.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
