Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite, remainder remote)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are working with a client seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and support of their Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, escalating to vendors as needed.
  • Train HR staff and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects, including system implementations and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP, UKG).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
