- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
